Any way to turn off it still working with transparency locking? Can it be used with and/or turned into an eraser? If not, would that be possible to also request?

It is designed to work with transparency lock because that is a normal layer function. Can you please explain a use case for when you would want it to work differently? (Also, toggling transparency lock is usually not done so often as to present any issue with efficiency in working through an illustration).
As for it being used in a subtractive way (erasing), I am currently working on this request! : )

Great work! I wanted this feature for so long. An easier way for toggling between Auto-Fill and Erasing (a second button maybe) would be great and I am more than satisfied. Thanks, Kyle.

Hi - please make sure that the ‘mode’ for your lasso tool is not set to ‘additive.’ Look at the top tool bar after you have selected the Lasso tool and you will see four small icons representing different modes for the lasso - normal, additive, subtractive, and overlap - select the first option on the left and everything should work.

This plug-in is great!
I've actually been using an 'action' since Photoshop 5.0, assigned to my 'F9' function key with just one click–after any kind of lasso is drawn. So whatever foreground colour is currently assigned to the swatch the lasso gets filled up, with said hue.
This plug-in eliminates that extra physical, 'click' step after drawing the lasso.

Thanks - I’m really glad you like it!

Is there any way to toggle the functions with a shortcut?
